How this website handles the information you choose to share.
The project inquiry
Your answers remain in the current page until you choose to email or submit them. The form does not store a draft in your browser. Downloading your brief saves a text file on your device.
When you contact us
If you use the email option, your email app opens a draft for you to review and send. If direct online submission is enabled, the website sends your inquiry to Create Construction through its email delivery provider, Resend. Your name, contact details, and project information are included so our team can respond.
A link you provide is included as text. This website does not automatically access its contents. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal records or information you are not authorized to provide.
Protecting the inquiry form
When direct online submission is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a security check at the final step to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical browser and connection information for that check. We send its verification token to Cloudflare for validation; we do not include your project brief or contact fields in that verification request.
You can choose the email option if the check is unavailable. Learn more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Advertising measurement
If you allow measurement through Cookie settings, we use Google Ads to understand whether advertisements lead to project inquiries. Google may receive technical browser and connection information, page visits, advertising click identifiers, clicks on our phone and email links, and confirmation that an inquiry was successfully submitted. We do not include your name, email, phone number, project brief, or other form answers in these measurement events. A contact-link click does not tell us whether a call connected or an email was sent. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversion collection are disabled in this website integration.
The Google tag loads only after you allow measurement. You can decline and still use the website and inquiry form. Cookie settings at the bottom of the page lets you change your choice. We store that choice in your browser; a Global Privacy Control signal turns this measurement off. If you withdraw permission, the page reloads to stop the tag and clears this site’s Google advertising measurement cookies.

Site operation
Our hosting service may process technical request information to operate and protect the site.
Authorized staff can access the content editor through the Create internal app. That connection verifies staff access; it does not make private operational records available to website visitors.
